can you be more specific

 

Shure the intake can plug and cut off air flow if you dont change the filter, or be more restricttive or it could allowe better air flow
The stock intake is better than most aftermarket ones FYI

the exhaust reduces back pressure lets it flow freely it also keeps the turbo cooler this is a good Mod IMHO



The thing is Its a Precision Machine since you changed its design its not being run according to FORD specs anymore Good or Bad Modifacation they just dont want any part of it

Do I think that your mods caused your problems No I do not
