got a trans issue
ok i havent posted in awhile but im working on a freinds 1989 f150 i took out a 4 speed manuel trans made by borg warner and am putting in a 5 speed mazda. i got the trans mounted in and the two issues i am having is i cant find where to plug up the speedo cable and the crossmsmber is is about 2-3 inchs to short this is the same cross member that came out of the the truck so im asking should i rebrill the frame to make it fit or should i drives hrs to find a cross msmber that mite fit
