I'm at it AGAIN!!!

Picked this little Gem up for a whopping 300 bucks....tried to get a tow company to tow it for me....big run around....said screw it....took stuff with me....it started right up with a new battery and a carburetor prime....added a quart of ATF to the trans and a quart of ATF to the Power steering and drove it home!!!

First 3 pics are where it was when I got it...next ones are after it was home.

After it was home...loading my Cummins in the back of it

Good looking truck for $300.

The paint is different. I have never seen a hood painted like that.

Originally I was looking at it cuz a friend told me he needed a truck...then at the last minute said he had no money....so i went and looked at it...made the deal and bought it anyway....the bed has a little rust on only one wheel well...i have a 79 F-150 4x4....that the body isn't all that great...so it may donor it's body to that truck....and I may put the other body back on that frame and sell the truck. Who knows...my projects always tend to change direction a lot....there was a kid on here a while back that had a rust free bed in Missouri...but it wasn't cost effective enough for me to do it...he may possibly still have it. I can check and let u know...PM me your email.

Tow Truck pic...Not the best one...but you get the idea!!! AND the one hanging on the back just so happens to be my 1979 F-350 4x4...and yes...it DOES have Dana 60's front and rear....and before anyone asks...No It's NOT for sale!! I only paid 500 for it...and it runs and drives as well...but it was an old farm truck..so body is shot.

Little too far away...I don't trust going that far with it....it needs a lot of TLC....and on top of that...it's not insured right now. I mainly use it around the property to move my projects as I work on em.

Crazy thing is....I'm usually not looking for a truck when I find it...it falls into my lap most of the time...LOL
