ECT trouble code

Recently pulled some trouble codes and i got one i have no idea what it means...
KOER 116 ECT outside test limits. What is an ECT?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

ECT trouble code

ECT is engine coolant temperature.
Quite often you'll get that code if you scanned it without the engine being up to normal operating temperature.

In the 97-03 F150 forum I have a list of different acronyms and their meanings at the top of the page. You might want to take a look at that if you have any others that you arent sure what they mean.
