Swaying After Turning

I have noticed recently that if I hit bump in the road or as I am coming out of a turn that my truck tends to sway back and forth for a few seconds? If anyone is riding with me it makes them sick... Especially on back roads.

Any thoughts?

Truck is 2004 F150 5.4L V8, 4x4, SCREW with leveling kit.

1. Check tire pressures are correct.
2. Check for condition of shock absorbers (bounce check will suffice).
3. Check for damage to springs and/or other suspension parts.
