I'm in the middle of wiring a 1992 4.9L alternator into my 1986 4.9L. Both have the two thick black wires and one small gauge wire, but there is no apparent difference in the two black wires. How should they be wired up?
Also the MAP sensor on the 1994 F150, I'm assuming it runs around the engine bay by the headlights and radiator and into the fuse block on the fender. Is this true or does it tie into the engine harness else where? I'm wiring in the MAP for the swap on my 86 F150 which is just in the engine harness.
Pictures are crap I know. I just took them so I'd remember to ask about them.
