Okay album update, take a look and see it.
I used spray on undercoat, and decided I would use pins personally instead of bolting it together (incase i decide to mod more).

That looks real nice, I toyed with the idea of doing something similar after I tore off my front plastic off roading..
I ended up just buying the Lariat bumper with Fog Lights for 75 off ebay.
Looks exactly how I would do it!
