Have not changed one yet myself but I can tell you to be careful with the sensors right on top of the shroud for the clutch fan. People have broken those.
I bought new belts last week with the intention of changing them as part of some basic maintenance before winter. Low and behold 2 days later my belt tensioner started screaming like it was being abused. I bought both tensioners and was about to start the repair when a major light bulb went off upstairs and I realized this would probably be covered under my premium care warranty. I phoned the local dealer and sure enough it was. Took it in today and they did the PCM update (which they were nice enough to let me tune it back to stock in their shop before hand and then re-tune after they were done) and then changed out both tensioners and both belts for me. For those that want to attempt that job themselves, my hats off to you. There is VERY little room under there and the mechanic told me it's a 5hr job according to Ford. Luckily I was covered and this round was paid for by Ford.
Not sure about the warranty differences up there but I had the tensioner replaced under the powertrain, it also destroyed the belt so that was covered as well.
