Body Panel

I need help with a few things. My truck has a lot of dents in just pretty much one place, the right side of the bed (see pic). I have three questions: 1:Where could I get a panel like this? 2: How much would it cost, and 3: Is it hard to install? Thanks.

You guys don't have the entire bed panel? I don't get that one panel, it is only 57 inches long, isnt the stock panel one long piece?
