Yeah, sad to see both the pre-scrap (body) and post-scrap (engine parts) rust on what was once a rare and formidable vehicle. Gotta wonder if it was the body rust that sent it there.
Hey, this is gonna sound crazy, but if you do go back for anything, it looks like one of the studs for the missing "Darth Vader" engine cover is there, and the black capped nut is there. Any chance you could snag that nut and throw it in an envelope to me? I can PayPal you if so. Please PM me if this is possible.
one of those things? you need the whole part or what exactly do you need?
That's it exactly. And just the nut. I know, very minor thing, but it's my wife's truck, and I lost the nut. PM coming shortly.
So I wonder, were these built on a CCSB frame? Or an ECLB? Or was even the frame a one-off. Notice, also, the sooper-doody F350 badge... (...or is that an early '90s vintage badge?...)
I got a '97 Powerstroke this summer for $100 myself with all accessories. I kept the engine and put the oil pan on my fathers '97 F-350 and I used the ICP sensor. All ready got my moneys worth. I say get it QUICK!
Check it: this is local to me. yeah its a gasser but still a cool truck. 95 C350 4door bronco
I was considering inquiring about a trade straight up for the truck in my sig.
