I wont sell it But I told him that if he bought one would help him work on it.
Two days ago he told me that there was a truck like mine where he works but it was in pieces.
He told me that a buddy and him had been shooting at the pile of parts with a bb gun.
I told him to buy it and we would see it it was fixable.
He came by today with a truck load of parts off of a 1952 f1.
The owner of the Junkyard where he works gave it to him for FREE!!!!1
He cant find the chassis anywhere but the sheet metal is all there.
There are rust spots in the normal areas but there is no dents,
The story of the truck is that the truck was at the yard fora long time and some guy who was paving the road wanted to fix it,so it was given to him.
The guy took it apart and did some patch work on the fenders...

but they are fixable.
The guy left and never came back so the truck sat for nearly 20 years.
The plan is to find the frame or a frame and install a Jag ifs and a 70s rear end with leaf springs.
Install a 460 with a c6 auto.
Paint and upholster the interior
Paint the engine bay
Patch the fenders
Leave the "patina" on the exterior.(I didnt convince him I swear)
He wants his for his dad mainly.
I hope that he leaves the sinful ways of the "fart can muffler ricer" cult and
go back to the glorious but painful ways of old truck fixing and tinkering.
I will post better pics after we get the rest of the f1 home.
This will be the 4th f1-f6 truck in a little town of 1000 PEOPLE
