1999 7.3 Powerstroke ?'s

Ok guys, this is coming from a 6.9 IDI fan....and I use that truck on a daily basis, but I need a second truck(rancher's insurance). Take a look at this truck, I drove it and it doesnt hesitate at all engine wise, a little hard starting but I think that is from the fact it has only 4 good GP's. When he says hard shifting it sounds like synchros....when i drove it it acted like the clutch was stopping it, but the synchros were still moving and it grinds into gear....not too worried about that....ANy other problems I should look for (its got a 3.5 inch straight pipe other than that its stock...dang is that thing a go-fast-now-quick-fast-and-in-a-hurry compared to my 6.9 lol)?

Tell us more about the truck. Is it 4x4, CC, long bed, how many miles, you know, all the good stuff. How much are they asking?

EDIT: I just saw your other thread, so no need to answer this one. lol
