AC cooler when idling than when driving

AC cooler when idling than when driving
Anyone have any idea why A/C would blow cooler while idling than while cruising 70 mph? Seems just the opposite of what it should be to me. AC on Max, fan on high, cruising and temp out of vent is +/- 47 deg., stop at fast food joint with truck idling in park 5 or so min., temp drops to 40 degrees. Any thoughts appreciated.
