I'm not sure what the floor looks like without a picture but if is ribbed anything like a box in any of the newer trucks you could cut out a patch from another bed and weld it in. My thoughts.

my truck has 2 inches of concreat for a floor,it has held up for the 40 years he had the truck...and it rides nice considering...you have a all steel bed don't you ?? 56 has the right Idea ..cut up a wreck for what you need my truck was wood and steal so I have an easy repair..but not as easy as yours can be..can you weld??

Yea I agree with 56PF. you'll need a patch panel from a donor bed, if its in the ribbed center section. If its in the flat section on the side you can bend up a piece of 16g to replace it. I'm asuming you have a styleside not a stepside.
Welcome to FTE this is the best information resource for you on the net, even if you are one of us redheaded stepkids with your fridge. Lets see some pictures of your truck when you get a chance.

could someone chime in and let me know what the stock bed floor was? wood or steel? when i bought mine it had plate steel welded in and i was told they came with wood floors in them and farmers put steel over the wood so they could shovel them out easier. then the pos 60 i just parted out, after i cleaned out 20 years of junk in the box i noticed the bed floor was ribbed steel like a new bed would be? all i know is my 60 has plate steel, no wood or rib steel left.

TS70; styleside's had steel ribbed center section ant the side pieces in front of and behind the fender tubbs were flat steel.
Here is a flat section behind the tub that I replaced on mine. You can see the center section also.
