October BS thread

So, it is the 2nd and no new thread yet, so I will start one.

Good evening WI and anyone else stopping by.

Got some work done on the house today after a failed day working on the truck yesterday.

Da*nit! Tranny is shot in my sister's car. They changed the oil and filter but didn't replace the oring seal for the filter. It was cracked. Ran the car three days suckin air in the trans and cooked it. She can't afford to fill it over 1/4 tank with gas. How am I gonna find a good trans she can pay for? I don't have time to put it in either. I think I'll wait until tomorrow to call her and tell her. I don't need that tonight. She's been wanting to move up from the "Canned Ham" to a Kia Sportage or Ford Escape for some time. I don't think now was the time though. At least fuel prices are dropping. I have to run the truck while my car is out as a loaner.
