Can I drill the hole in the leaf hangers bigger?
Do you need the leaf stops between the hangers?

 

Apparently nobody else knows quite how to answer this either.

Which holes do you want to drill out? Mounting bracket to frame, I'd say no problem. Could even drill out the pin holes, but make sure they fit the spring pin/bushing combo you're using.

And I'm drawing a blank on the 'leaf stops between the hangers'.

Are you talking about the bumper that mounts on the frame? Without it, when you bottom out your teeth will rattle.

 

I meant the leaf spring stops.
