I posted a while back about a cyclical/rotational sound I was having that I thought was coming from the front end. It's more pronounced when on a curve to the right. Here's what I've done so far (and a big thanks to HH60FE for helping an FTE brother out with a lot of the install). I've replaced upper and lower ball joints on both sides, new hub assemblies both sides, new u-joints both sides, new outer "stub" axles both sides, and all new axle seals and dust seals, even the inner axle seals inside the front diff.
I'm still having the sound and for the life of me I can't think of what else it could be, especially with it being more pronounced curving right, and not there at all curving left. Rotors and pads are in good shape so what else could it be? Thoughts? Suggestions? Any help is appreciated!

Considering damn near everything up front is new maybe it's coming from the rear.
As an example: A loose e-brake shoe assembly that moves outward toward the inside of the top hat drum and makes contact when you are making a sweeping right turn.
Also a left rear wheel bearing. It's under more load when turning right.
Just throwing out ideas. Check out the rear. Time to think outside the box.
Are you sure the hubs are unlocked?,could it be something in the front differential?IS it better, worse,or unchanged in 4 wheel drive?Ho are the u joints on the drive shafts?Carrier bearing?
I have a crazy loud gear whine coming from the front end (or underneath me)starting at exactly 25mph and above, but only when I am accelerating (in 2wd). If I let off the gas, the whine instantly stops. It builds from nothing to quite loud until roadnoise matches its intensity. It’s getting unbearable. My friend, who is a professional mechanic believes its the front differential going bad. My truck has 198k miles on it. I did change the center support bearing thinking it was the issue, but the whine is still present. Anyone have any recommendations on a new front differential unit?
