alignment question

I have a '92 f250 4x4. The front springs have sagged to the point where they are about a half inch from hitting the bump stops. I have put new spring bushings in it. If i put a 1.5" add a leaf in the front springs, will the alignment still be doable or will i need to add drop brackets. Thanks for your help.

I guess I'm not sure what you mean by "will the alignment still be doable..."?

Do you mean will adding the leafs throw off the alignment, or you are planning to take it in for an alignment and you want to know if adding the leafs will affect that?
