Warn M12000 keep it or sell it.
I picked up a Warn M12000 this weekend for a stupid cheap price. yes it works perfectly. It just wouldn't fit in the guy's nice fancy bumper on his Jeep.
I have a Trans4mer mount on my 02 F150 and would have to either build or buy the correct winch carrier for the M12000. I don't beat this up offroad just need the utility of a winch for my hunting lease mainly.
keep it or sell it?

Sell it for enough to cover a smaller winch that will fit in your winch mount and won't end up ripping the hitch mount or your frame in half when you get yourself stuck enough to load the winch up and put 12k lbs of force sideways on your receiver hitch. You might even make some money and still end up with a winch that will do everything you need it to do.

Oh, I don't know what a trans4mer mount is then, I thought it was a fancy name for a receiver hitch mount. If you have the proper setup and your mounts are strong enough just run the thing.

This is what the Warn Trans4mer mount looks like. You can replace the winch plate with a receiver hitch setup if you want. However, my delima seems to be resolved. Looks like I have a local buyer for the M12000 at my original asking price on my Craigslist add.
