Uneven Bed - Cab

So the passenger bed side of the truck sits and inch lower than the drivers side. the leafs in the back look about the same and the cab seems to site level. I've measured the mounts and they seem about the same from side to side so what could cause this? maybe I need a new leaf or shocks?

How do your bed mounts look? Springs do not have anything to do with how your bed sits unless they are so bad its causing your frame to twist.
