high milage problems
I have a '99 F350 V10/auto with 165k miles. I was doing regular maintenance (oil change, air filter, spark plugs, etc.) and all of a sudden started having trouble. The truck started missing, the ECM burned up, throttle position sensor went out, and now the coil packs are going out. This seems to be the problem anyway. I have also noticed a decrease in power from the plant. My question is - why all of a sudden all the trouble?
Is there much life left in this engine or do I need to start thinking about replacing it?

I bought the truck nearly 2 years ago. At the time, it had 84,762 miles and I have added nearly 81,000 to that. It didn't give me any trouble until I changed the plugs. What should I do? What should I be worried about next?
