2000 4wd exp steering pop

2000 4wd exp steering pop
I have a 2000 expedition awd, 4wd 104k. Just replace upper ball joints and arms, Lower ball joints.
I have this popping noise from drivers side when I turn to the right only hear it at slow speeds.
I have replaced cv joint drivers side and front hub assemebly, checked torsion bar and stabilizer bar.
Update now I hear it when turning sitting still its a light pop one or two times. but backing up with wheels to the right its worse. The whole issue I noticed is getting worse more more often. Its sounds kinda light a popping that's worse the harder i turn and the faster i go in reverse. As soon as i straighten out wheels it may pop once or twice but once i get rolling straight its gone.
I check steering shaft under master cy. It has a lot of up and down play and about half a turn of free rotation from the steering box, both ways with motor off. Could this poppin noise be from those u joints too? it wobbles from the u joints but also up into the inside like maybe a bearing got out by steering wheel?? However the steering doesn't feel that loose and the actual wheel feels ok.
