Hello again. It should be inline UNLESS you have a devoted spin on fuel/water seperator filter, though I highly doubt it. Ok, try this. Follow it back from the ECM cooler plate where the fuel line hooks onto the motor. It should be back maybe 12-18 inches or so. Its a black barrel inline with the suction line. And yes it is replaceable. Its been a few years since I last worked on one, but they were avail from Ford, not in the aftermarket though as of a few years ago. The quick disconnect fittings thread into the screen filter. And even though you had the supply pump changed, it doesnt matter. They are almost a annual maint item. lol. If you dont hear it at the Left front of the motor running and running strong on inital key up, its junk. Where its kinda intermittin, it seems like it is probably fuel pressure associated. If the ECU sees low fuel pressure to the HP pump, its going to derate you, and then when it sees the fuel pressure back into the correct window, it will give you full power again. And back and forth, and if the pressure is low enough for a long enough time, the high pressure pump can be damaged, and is very possibly what happened in 07 to you. Again, not having the rig here in front of me, its hard to diag, but I would suggest maybe going to a Cummins engine dealer, and skip Ford. It has been my experiance in our area, that the mid range Fords are pushed by the sales dept, but the service dept wants nothing to do with them unless it has a power stroke, and they sub it out to shops like the one I was at.

then you will need to upload it to a website. Photobucket is free and easy to use. That will give you the [img] link to get your picture on here. Any other way you go about it, you will need to be a supporter to get the mountain to work.
