Gauge problems
I have a 1998 Super Club Wagon (15 Pass) with a 7.3 L Power Stroke with approx 350,000 mi. Alternator went and was replaced with a autoparts store reman. Since new Alt put on Temp and Oil gauge will shoot to max after about 5 mins run time. I can put my hand on the block when the temp gauge is at max so I don't think it's over heating
