With enough money and effort anything is possible, I guess. But I've never seen or heard of it being done. There is a lot that's included with the SYNC system, including a microphone in the headliner, an interface with the radio, USB cables behind the dash, as well as an interface with the PCM. I'm not sure how you'd go about getting that installed.

Have you asked your Ford dealer?
