Contact your insurance company. There are places around here in PA I have seen that claim to remove hail damage without bodywork and paint. Its worth a shot. As for the ink marks did you try something like Simple Green or Castrols Super Clean? Not sure if it would F up the finish- anyone have any ideas?

I have heard rumor that dry ice can be used to pop out most hail dents. I would love to have someone confirm this for me!

Dbangb,
insurance agent from Ohio here. I have had well over a hundred hail claims this year and the repairs are done multiple ways from getting a new skin to replacement of the hood etc. You really really need to contact your insurance agent and get a claim going. You will be amazed at how much hail damage a good adjuster will be able to point out to you that you just dont see. Belive me i have counted dings on clients cars and then had the adjust show me twice as many or more. Its a comprehensive claim and shouldnt affect your rates at all. call them cause in a year or so it may be too late to file. believe me.
