Ever since I purchased my truck the front end has set about three inches lower than the rear and it has always annoyed me so I finally purchased a rough country leveling kit.. After doing a little research and not finding any kits made for the early 99 models I went to the local scrap yard and purchased the track bar bolts and frame bracket from a later year truck (which installed great on mine after drilling out the lower track bar mount). Heres a few pics of my Super Duty after the rough country install..
