tranny ?

Hey guys, Anyone know how to remove the electical connector in the tranny(04 ford f350 6.0 w/torqueshift)behind solenoid A. Alldata says to turn and push up out of the way but mine can only turn and push down,which is more in the way of getting out the solenoid.Any help would be great.
