With those two lightbars, I am surprised you can even tell you have headlights...

Why not do what Micah did and switch your headlights to these:

Don't be nervous. There easy to do.
You just need a test light or volt meter so you can tell which wire is high beam and which one is low beam.
If you can get a hold of the header panel its even easier.

I know it can be done on an xl, but honestly I really don't care if they are power or not. Hence why I bought an xl, less things to go out, or break.

And I know the general electric nighthawks are expensive but they are worth every penny. Super bright and way too easy to install lol.

They have a great light pattern, and if you buy them on amazon as a pair you get $100 off. At least I did, there was a coupon to click to save $100.

Is that second pic headlights only? ^^^^
Or is there a light bar involved?

If it's just the head lights that's really good output imo.

I didn't realize that was per bulb. I thought it was the pair....

Anyways, have no concerns about putting the 05s on like Micah said. RiffRaff Diesel has a really nice document to aid in installation. Check it out:

They also sell conversion harnesses: 9007/9008/H13 Conversion Harness Pigtail Set for Ford 7.3L 99-04

Here is my post from when I put them on my truck. Hopefully the pictures help: https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/1...l#post14574586

Ive already acquired the 9007 to H13 conversion wires no big deal there. Ive debated just getting the header panel, but Im impatient. Everything seems to written for a composite headlight NOT sealed. I now know that they're different.

Take a look at the LMC truck catalog for Super Duty. The have really nice exploded views of stuff with parts numbers you can reference. That should help solve your problem.

Truck Parts and Truck Accessories

There is an external torx screw at the top of the lights that moves the adjustment up and down. I do not think there is a side to side adjustment. Mine were actually good once I installed them. No adjustments needed.

Okay well hopefully i dont have to adjust them, because on the sealed beams, thatll end up being cut out once i do this. So ill loose all adjust ability on these. But ......... screw it! Ive committed to doing it this weekend.

Yea my 22inch light bar was on, but its, aimed really low. With just the low beams on with the nighthawks I can see clearly 400 yards. High beams about 600 yards
