Here's a couple shot's right after i put Bumper's on & i only had 1 set of Piaa's but i just got the 2nd set installed the other day.
I will be uploading better pic's when possible, thanks everyone for the kind words
I noticed that your right tail light sits close to the tailgate like mine did! I found out a trick that i just never thought of when i installed them. The two tabs that snap in to hold the light to the bed before the screws go in can unscrew, if you unscrew the top one i think i did about 3 or 4 turns it sits like the stock tail light and not against the paint on the bed. I noticed that my paint bubbled because the tail light was rubbing it and the paint was fairly new so i went by to see my auto body guy and he mentioned to try that and it worked beautifully, cant believe i didnt think of that before. Its a 10mm deep socket btw.
cant hurt! I'm pissed mine bubbled especially since i got the whole truck painted last summer .. Oh well ill put some paint in the bubble to keep it from spreading i guess.
I just adjusted it & your trick works....Rep's given
While i was outside being picky, i also moved the left side a smidge & i did have a very small amount of rubbing that i couldnt see from outside, but a little touch-up paint fixed that....Thanks again
No Problem it always bugged me too and then I discovered that trick recently and thought about all the people running these lights that just leave them like i did lol.
Patchy, people must wonder when they see that snorkel there huh, how deep have you had it........Grimshaw looks happy to be there, nice clean truck, welcome to FTE
