Interior is in good shape
Michigan truck so there is some rust (fenders etc.)
Guy is asking $1000, could probably get it for a little less....Sound like a good deal?
Thanks
I would check the cab mounts for rust!, if there rusted out it should stay a farm truck
unless you want to replace them?..looks like a big dent in the bedside, but the good news is, those bed side tool boxes are selling on Ebay for $400.00 hard to find!
Check it over real good for rust, floorpans, driprails, bedfloor,radiator/core support, all are
hard fixes...end the end thow, if your just looking for a beater to haul trash, it looks good.
This truck is an F100 because it has 15" 5 lug wheels on a 5.50" bolt circle. How do I know this...am I psychic, have x-ray vision? Nope.
This truck has the 15" wheel covers introduced in 1966, were standard equipment on 1966/77 Bronco's, optional on 1966/77 F100's & 1975/77 F150 2WD/4WD's and 1966 Galaxie/LTD's.
With 4WD, instead of an emblem, the front wheel covers have a red plastic ring that allows the 4WD hub to poke thru.
Camper Specials were introduced in 1965 in F100/F250 2WD's.
If this is a Camper Special, the plastic inserts within the front fender emblems should be marked: Camper Special.
Everything that was available w/the Camper Special package could be ordered on all 1965/66 F100/250 2WD's with one exception.
At final assembly, a pigtailed wire harness/plug was placed in the glove box. This was used with camper clearance lights.
It plugs into the Camper Special ONLY taillamp harness that has an extra feed wire for this purpose.
