truck shaking

my gpa just got a 2010 f150 and when is idling the whole front passenger side seat shakes. ik that is not suppost to happen and im wondering what is the cause of that?

Adjust the passenger seat forward about 4 notches.

that dont help its the engine idiling to low i think?
