Just wondering if any of you have the cab lights getting water in them. Everytime I wash my truck they get water inside. There not cracked and work okay, is there a seal you can buy to fix this? Help is appreciated. Haven't gone to ford yet but was trying not to. I mit have to bit the bullet. Chet
Are you talking about the third brake light above the rear window? They leak after a while. RTV sealant should fix that.
No, the ones on the roof. There's five I beleive. Two or three always seem to get water in them when I wash the truck. I've had them off there's like a form pad underneat but It doesn't seal very well. Its not in the truck, just the lens cover inside. Chet
Ahh.. The marker lights. You could get new lenses, these are aftermarket, but only come in white, really white, or smoked. They should seal really well, and are made as a direct lens replacement for the OEM marker lights.
Or RTV sealant. A little more messy, but It will have the same effect.
