I've been looking for some good, heavy-duty mud flaps for my 1997 F350 for a while now, and especially since putting on slightly bigger, wider tires. Seems like the only thing that will fit our trucks is the "universal" diamond-plate ones??
Has anybody tried these from DuraFlap? Look to be pricey, but very well made and seem to get great reviews from newer truck owners.
you would have to go with Ford F150 - F250 - F350 Mudflaps For Older Models - Mud Flapss if your a F150 (86-96) owner, if its a F250 they have ones specifically for that truck, and one just for duallys....never tried them but i may grab a set if they are worth it...
The brackets were almost useless as they're not designed for our trucks, but I was able to fab up my own mounts (with the help of my father and his tools), and they look pretty nice. The stainless on the top half is almost entirely hidden on my truck because of the way that I mounted them, but overall they look and function very well.
