part identification help please

ok when i was working on my truck i broke this piece i have no idea what it is. Its located on the drivers side under the hood close the air intake. It is round and has a few rubber hoses that runs to it and one connecter. One of the hoses runs to the vacuum pump and one of the others runs to the brake booster

It looks like this right?

And if not exactly like that, simliar i believe, this is on my IDI. Its just a splitter from the vaccum pump that sends the vacuum to the needed places like the brake brake booster, heater core, the works. Im not sure what its called but i believe i have seen them on autoanything.com. But without the name im fraid' that dont help much. Hopefully someone else can refer to the pic for a name.

You can make a replacement with some barb fittings and t's if you want, not a big deal or costly.

If it has the wires going into it, isn't that the vacuum switch? The one that turns on the brake indicator light?

Wink

VACUUM PORT.

Front to rear on the vacuum port:
-the first goes to the pump,
-the second to the switch,
-the third small hose to the heater - air controls
-and the fourth to the brake booster.
I think the brake booster was changed in 97.
