My truck dies when iI turn right

This might sound kinda dumb, but have you tried using a different battery? I have a fiasco with my Mustang this year with starting problems, one of the problems that made everything much more confusing was the battery. I had killed the car so many times that it wore the battery out and wouldn't start it, though it sounded like it wanted to turn over.
I'd at least check it with another battery to see if it's causing any of the problems, half my experiences with a bad battery I thought was something else I just couldn't find, and it was a new battery, just got messed up. Worth ruling out.

When I took off the old ignition coil, I notice the lack of slushing sound from the fluid that is supposed to be inside. When I set it on the work bench, it seemed to wobble as if the bottom might have pushed out a little. It being replaced anyway, thought I might as well throw that bit of information out there.
Any good recommendations for cleaning out the dirt and debris under the pick up coil on the distributor? By the way, the part # that was stamped into the outer casing is C9ZF-12131-A. I don't know what was up with the tag attached to the distributor.

Final update to closeout this thread. I have fixed the issue with my trucking dying when I turn right. It was the electric ignition control module that was going bad. I replaced it along with the ignition coil and the pick up coil in the distributor, I also installed a Elderbrock Performer fuel pump to compliment my Edelbrock Performer Series Carb. I also adjusted the accelerator pump and the tires squeal like a pig when I punch the throttle.
I want to thank all of you for your suggestion and word of encouragement that helped me to see this repair through.
