The 351M is a TURD !!! Better off locating a roller 351W from a 95-97 pickup or van. It'll run rings around a 351M, plus it'll bolt right in. The 351M not only uses a different bellhousing, but the motor mounts are also unique to it and the 400 it's based on. It would be a massive FUBAR to try and swap in a 351M.
