2000 Ford Explorer Sport.......??
1st......why is 2000 not in the menu? All the other years are there. Did my step son buy a pig in a poke?

1st--1995-2001 includes 2000, not sure what your question is. There were brake and other changes in 2000, so just know the build date. It's on a sticker in the driver door jamb.
2nd--ECM is mounted in the firewall. Look for the BIG harness connector on the passenger side. That connector is plugged into your ECM.
