antilock brake light flashing
got a 95 f-150 4x4,5.0,5 speed,last night the antilock brake light started flashing after i put my foot on the brake.it doesnt flash unless i put my foot on the brake.it flashes 16 times,pause,then flashes 16 times,and keeps on flashing.the brakes work normally like they have been all along.what could be wrong with it?simple problem?

oops,i should have said it keeps flashing after the 1st time i step on the brake.sorry.the light doesnt start flashing till i put my foot on the brake for the 1st time,then it stays flashing after that. sorry

non the less the flashing is a code. count them up there will be a "11" that seperates ( 2 flashes in a row) tells when the code repeats. now to try to demonstrate - - - - - - (dashs = light on) that would be a code 42 hope this helps
