Custon Grille 'how to...'

Been looking for a custom grille and had quotes of up to $1200 bucks.

Today I found this:

Done for today. Messed about with this pic of my van. Should have my grille made by next week and looking something like this:

That's not a look I favor but it would be very unique on your van. IIRC that year should lend itself to an easy project, not as involved as the S10 guy. It'll be interesting seeing your finished product!
