Advice....please

I have a 2002 ford f250 35 mastercraft mts new steering all new stereo stuff transfercase been rebuilt new manual locking hubs but im sick of 5.4 blowing spark plugs..would it cheeper and better to do a desiel converstion or just keep engine till it goes up and if the converstion would be easier does anyone know of where i can pick up a either 6.0 or late 7.3 to put it like outa a wrecekd truck somethign not redicously priced beacuse if i can find one i wanna redo the heads on the 5,4 and put it in my daddys 76 bronco

First a swap to a diesel is a bigger job than you know.
Nothing from the gas motor can be reused.
Next the weight and size is greatly different.
.
As for swapping an overhead cam motor to an older truck, you also have to take all the wiring and PCM, have motor vs engine bay size issues, exhaust, and transmission does not fit the 5.4 etc.
You would be in for a double huge project along with the learning curve for each one.
Better to have the 5.4 heads fitted with plug inserts and limit the job to something you should have a success at doing.
Fixing the plug issue would be one tenth the total cost of both projects.

it was way easier to fix the plug problem then i expected... i would def do the repair instead of doing any swap
