Need A/C opinions
i have a 99 Expy Eb...I replaced the compressor, drier, and orifice 10/2009...been working great, until the end of July in AZ. it would only blow 60 on both the front and rear...after checking the guages, which were high side 175 and low 30 added .25lb of 134A then got 220 and 35...also in a controlled environment of 75F in a a/c controlled garage. It was blowing at 36F...get it outside where the ambient temp is 92F it goes ups to 56F-60F...if i put the rear a/c on med and the front on low it will get down to 40F - 42F...am I too assume that the compressor it getting weak and the rest of the system seems to be working correctly? if both are on high the systems blows warmer like the low 60's... but turn them to lower fan speeds the air gets cooler...almost like it cannot keep up with the demand...I believe the blend door is good as the temp's are the same front & rear and the recir. door is functioning properly...
Am I crazy? Any opinions or thoughs are welcome...thanks for looking!

Might be a slightly low charge, might be a condenser not rejecting enough heat, could be air in the system....
It's working well under easy conditions. It's when the system is put under heavy load that if falls short.
