I ordered a pair of Bilstein 5100 dampers for the front of my F250 SD at 2:21pm Friday and they were delivered by UPS at 2:00pm today (Monday). You cannot beat that service, plus free shipping and a 5% discount for FL residents!
With what passes for customer service these days, especially in Florida, you cannot fail to be impressed.
