I don't know about you guys, but I hate it in the mornings, when I've maybe had a bit too much to drink the night before and have a banging head ache, I go out to the truck, put the key in the ignition, turn it to warm the plugs up, and get a loud buzzer screaming at me until the plugs go off.
Yep, hes taking about the "classic" seat belt/key in ignition/ lights on buzzer
Love 'em!
My 89 F150, previous owner had disconnected it, I re-connected it
Look under the dash, right side of steering column, it's a little box, either white or silver in color.
Theres a big connector on that, just unplug it.
It does make it seem like it's for the glow plugs as it lasts the same time as the WTS light, but if you notice, while it's buzzing, the seat belt light in the dash is on also and goes out as the buzzer goes out.
My E350 had the loudest, most annoying buzzer I've ever had the displeasure of encountering. It wasn't in the truck long enough for me to find out if it was a door buzzer

Ah, that would make sense why I thought it was the Glow Plug Buzzer, because I never buckle up when starting the engine from cold as I let her warm up a bit first.
Even so, I can buckle up without a damn buzzer telling me to!
