It's all about the look. Form over function. I'll bet there are a few guys who will jump into the tread that don't think stacked blocks are a bad idea; heck, most lift companies sell shorter blocks knowing people will stack them.
Yep. Even on one of the TV shows on Powerblock they had an episode where they had an Super Duty they lifted and stacked blocks. Not my cup of tea but it can be argued either way I suppose.
Dealer doesn't know or care.Truck looks like a typical concrete queen provided everythings tight those blocks won't go anywhere.If it was really off roaded then yeah.Check out all the lifted trucks you get behind you'll see stacked blocks way more often then all spring .I'd be more interested in the front to see what's going on.I know someone with a f250 with 10" springs in front with a 2" block under them running 42's.I'm not advocating it just saying .
Those are the ones that are fun to watch take off from a stoplight... the axle twists before the truck moves... which on a pickup with stacked blocks, will eventually cause the blocks to leave their mount.
