Brown Wire Question
Does the brown wire mod compltely disable the 4wd or just the automatic part? I cut mine yesterday and I can still put it in 4wd and 4 low. Thanks Joe

OK thats a relief, I was under the impression it turned it all off, glad to hear it is just the automatic part. So with the brown wire cut and my front wheels are binding up when turned hard left I can assume I need to start looking at the wheel hubs.

Pulling the 4WD fuse disables everything including the shift motor. If your front end is binding, the front clutch could be locked up or you could just need a front end alignment.
