Does anybody know whos did this and if there is a write up on it. From all the research I did I got discouraged until I saw it done.

 

That is an 05 excursion. They made those for one year.

 

EDIT: actually... Maybe not.. Below the steering wheel looks like a 99 era one and the door looks 99 era too..

 

Also did they use that gauge cluster with that dash?

 

Look at the slight shade difference between the center section and the section below the dash cluster also the relocated vacuum manifold! I'm with Trey I think it's a retro fit! Monty's not sure.

Monty noticed it's a 4100R trans with overdrive stick! No tow haul mode like a 6.0 truck would have!

That looks horrible. Imo. But to each their own

 

I like the updated look and the climate control set up

 

I'm also fan of the new dash. But not the wood grain. And I would change the whole dash. Otherwise it looks weird
