Welcome to FTE. Is there any oil in the valley? Is the pedestal leaking? Have you checked the plugs on the back of the oil rails?

Don't worry, you'll pick up the names soon enough. If you've got oil in the valley, you just need to clean it up with some simple green and low pressure water from a garden hose. Then watch and see if the oil starts to show up at the front, middle or back of the valley. There's a few common leaks we see. Most of them are from a ten cent o-ring, so narrowing down the location will help us tell you where to look.

And the pedestal is the thing the turbo bolts to. It's basically a stand / spacer between the engine block and the turbo. There are some o-rings above and below the pedestal that can leak if your oil is coming from back there.
