Do you have a picture of a truck setup like you would like? Maybe someone can help you figure out what that truck has done to it.
A 4 inch lift and 31 10.50 does not look all that great. I would at least run 32 11.50 with a 4 inch lift. I think 33 12.50 is a better size.
I run 31 10.50 on stock suspension. It looks good with a leveling kit/coils up front, but any more and the tires are a little too small.

Are you wanting to see what it'll look like till you get bigger tires? As said above that combo will look odd because you can fit the 31's at stock height. Add 4" of suspension and no tire.....it'll look out of place and really defaets the purpose of the lift unless you have long term goals not mentioned.
