ok folks one more question here. I recently got a pressure test done to my vehicle and found that my water pump was bad and replaced it. Good for me as it stopped my antifreeze leak, but my next question is that if my water pump was bad would that in any way contribute to my spark plugs having sediments on them or is that definately a sign of the lower intake manifold gone bad or even worse a cracked head......thanks

Hi Chris, no way that there can come cooling fluid into your combustionchamber other than by a blown headgasket.
If so, with the motor running you hear it bubbeling in the hoses and radiator.
It seems to me that the sediment on the plugs is a matter of poor (white) or rich (black) mixture.

The previous post is correct... check for bubble in the radiator. When you had the water pump problems did it ever overheat?? If so, that could result in a blown head gasket or cracked head..
